Processing Time All of our products are handmade to order. Processing times vary by product 3-21 business days.

Shipping Time Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Lost or Damaged Packages Mountain Creek Designs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will do our best to make it right.
